Deciding whether to repeat the 10th grade or attend the IBA-OSZ depends on individual circumstances. If a student feels they need more time to strengthen their academic foundation and improve their grades, repeating the 10th grade may be beneficial. On the other hand, if the student is confident in their abilities and is interested in pursuing a specialized program like the IBA-OSZ, it could be a great opportunity to challenge themselves and gain valuable skills for their future career. Ultimately, the decision should be based on the student's academic goals, strengths, and readiness for the challenges of either option. **

To apply for an OSZ (Oberstufenzentrum) in the field of IBA (International Business Administration), you will need to check the specific admission requirements and application process of the OSZ you are interested in. Typically, you will need to submit an application form, academic transcripts, a letter of motivation, and possibly letters of recommendation. Some OSZs may also require you to take an entrance exam or participate in an interview as part of the application process. It is important to carefully review the application guidelines and deadlines provided by the OSZ to ensure that you submit a complete and competitive application. **

The choice between Gymnasium and OSZ depends on individual preferences and career goals. Gymnasium offers a more general education with a focus on academic subjects, preparing students for university studies. On the other hand, OSZ provides more specialized vocational training in various fields, equipping students with practical skills for specific professions. Students should consider their interests, strengths, and future career aspirations when deciding between Gymnasium and OSZ. **

Anna Freud had a variety of experiences at OSZ Berlin, including studying psychology and philosophy. She also worked as a teaching assistant and conducted research on child development. Additionally, she gained valuable insights into the field of psychoanalysis through her interactions with renowned psychoanalysts such as Karl Abraham and Ernst Simmel. These experiences helped shape her career and solidify her interest in child psychology and psychoanalysis. **
